The Youth, Women & PWD Empowerment program promotes economic inclusion and skills development for marginalized groups. We provide hands-on training in climate-smart farming, poultry farming, horticulture, and entrepreneurship. Through start-up funds, cooperatives, and targeted support for persons with disabilities, we create pathways to economic independence and community participation for those who are often left behind.
