Chairperson
Provides overall strategic leadership and governance for Nyikwa Alee CBO. Chairs board meetings, represents the organization externally, and ensures alignment of all programs with the CBO's mission and community needs.

Supports the Chairperson in organizational leadership and steps in during their absence. Assists in strategic decision-making and oversees coordination between program committees.

Leads the design, planning, and strategic direction of all CBO programs. Ensures programs are evidence-based, aligned with community priorities, and deliver measurable impact.

Manages the CBO's financial records, budgets, and grant accounting. Ensures transparent financial management, compliance with donor requirements, and timely financial reporting.

Coordinates the implementation of all active programs and ensures timely delivery of activities. Works closely with field staff and program directors to track progress and resolve operational challenges.

Field Coordinator
Manages field-level operations and serves as the primary liaison between the CBO and community members on the ground. Coordinates volunteers, organizes community events, and ensures program activities reach target beneficiaries.

Health & Nutrition Director
Leads the Health, Hygiene & Nutrition program including community health campaigns, volunteer training, and ASRH&R initiatives. Ensures health interventions are responsive to community needs and aligned with public health standards.

Agribusiness Program Director
Directs the Agribusiness & Agroecology program in partnership with DAHLEM LTD. Oversees farmer training, market linkage, micro-finance initiatives, and the development of climate-resilient agricultural practices.

Builds and maintains relationships with community stakeholders, local government, and partner organizations. Ensures the CBO remains responsive to community concerns and fosters trust through transparent engagement.

Environment & Sanitation Director
Leads environmental conservation and waste management programs including tree planting, wetland protection, recycling initiatives, and community clean-up campaigns. Drives the CBO's environmental sustainability agenda.
Enos Onyuka
Technology Director
Oversees the CBO's technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and data systems. Leads development of the Alee digital platform and ensures technology solutions support program delivery and organizational efficiency.

Directs the Education program including scholarship administration, adult literacy initiatives, and school infrastructure projects. Works to expand educational access and quality for community members of all ages.

Gender & Advocacy Officer
Leads gender equality and human rights advocacy efforts in partnership with DAHLEM, Nyalenda Young Turks, and SHOFCO. Coordinates Gender Forums, dignity campaigns, GBV prevention, and paralegal services.

Manages human resources, volunteer coordination, and administrative functions. Cultivates and maintains partnerships with external organizations to strengthen the CBO's capacity and reach.
